Samedi 19 et dimanche 20 Décembre stage physique et technique sur le terrain de Vaas (72) avec mes coachs Christophe Douaud et Eric Herbreteau.
Bon évidement le matin le thermométre affichait - 12° et de la neige partout ,mais aprés 1 h de footing ça réchauffe.
Au programme des 2 jours: matinée consacrée à divers tests physique et à 13h roulage jusqu'à 17h, suivit d'une heure de footing.
Dimanche 24 Janvier nous sommes allés faire un tour chez Alain Pichon sur son terrain privé dans du sable noir ,ça caille mais c'est sec.Une mise en jambe pour le week-end suivant à Thorcé.
Samedi 30 et dimanche 31 Janvier, à Thorcé-en-vallée, encore un matin ou le mercure annonce - 10°.
